Political Disputes are Paving the Way For ISIS Reconstruction in Iraq

 Iraqi experts illustrated that ISIS took advantage of the acrimonious disputes between the political blocs to regain its strength by reshaping its ranks and recruiting new militants.  These political disputes create ideal circumstances for ISIS to gain more power. They pointed out that ISIS can’t flourish or regain extensive leverage like before. Accordingly, it will only occasionally conduct terrorist attacks.
