Farmers in Sulaimaniyah demand protection of local produce and supply of agricultural material

Farmers and greengrocers in Alwa Market in Sulaimaniyah demanded the government to stop importing foreign agricultural products, especially ones for which local substitutes are available such as vegetables.

They demanded caring for local produce and supporting farmers by providing agricultural material including fertilizer and machinery.
