Vietnamese nationals deported by Cambodian authorities for illegal entry

The Cambodian authorities sent more than 20 Vietnamese, who were found to have entered the country illegally, back to Vietnam.

The Bavet International Border Police, cooperated with the Svay Rieng Provincial Police, to arrest the 22 Vietnamese nationals. The Vietnamese were arrested for illegally entering and staying in Cambodia.

At 10:30 a.m. on December 15, the Director of the Gate Department 2 Bavet International Border Crossing Police Force cooperated Svay Rieng Provincial Police led by Brig. Gen. Thong Vannak to deport the 22 Vietnamese nationals, including four women.

The 22 Vietnamese nationals were handed over by the Cambodian authorities to the Moc Bai International Border Guard Post in Vietnam.
