A plan for producing organic fertilizer in local government authorities in Sri Lanka

Eastern Province Governor Anuradha Yahampath has instructed all heads of local government in Eastern Province to prepare a speedy organic fertilizer production program. The governor also asked local government agencies that are already producing organic fertilizers to come up with suggestions and suggestions on how to further improve the process.
