3,355 new COVID-19 cases in thailand

Health officials reported 17 more deaths from Covid-19 and another 3,355 new transmissions on Monday, bringing the cumulative record to 1,466 deaths and the number of cases since the pandemic began to 199,264, a total that is certain to exceed 200,000 on Tuesday. The Center for Covid-19 Situation Management (CCSA) said 2,571 of the new infections occurred in the general population and 784 in prisons. No new clusters were found in Bangkok.
