Idlib’s Displaced Families Recycle Wool

To earn their own living, MaarShurin displaced families work in wool recycling in the Kahil refugee camp after Iran took over their lands. The head of the project, Ahmad Farouq illustrated that he purchases the raw wool from scrap stores to transfer it then to the camp where they scour it and sort the white and black wool. The white wool is purchased by merchants while the black one is used in manufacturing pillows or in heaters
