1,306 new cases of COVID-19 has been detected in Mongolia

On May 1, a regular press conference of the Ministry of Health reported that in the past 24 hours, 13,506 people had been tested in Mongolia and 1,306 new cases had been detected in Mongolia. Approximately 90% of new cases maintain close contact with people who were previously diagnosed. Although 3 cases were found among medical professionals in Ulaanbaatar, 1,187 cases were newly found, and the rest were registered in Darkhan and Erdenet and Khovd, Zavkhan, Arkhangai, Uvurkhangai, Tuv and Selenga.
