Women Cultural cafes .. A New Trend in Tunis

In the poverty-stricken Hellal neighborhood, the only- women Beyah Cultural Café is popular among women of all ages and backgrounds. Darsaf Al-Yaqoubi, the owner of the café, indicated that men cafes are all over the city, adding that the idea of opening a women-only café was unprecedented as it required some encouragement, especially in light of the needed services and the guests’ demands.
