According to the Palestinian News Agency, three Palestinians were killed on Thursday when undercover Israeli forces fired at their vehicle at the entrance to Jaba town, located south of Jenin. Witnesses stated that the Israeli forces had covertly entered the town and opened fire on the vehicle in the Al-Fawara area of Jaba, resulting in the deaths of the three individuals inside the vehicle.

Eyewitnesses have reported that a large number of occupying forces entered the town, placed snipers on the roofs of buildings, and surrounded the residence of Palestinian Bahaa Fayez Slatma. After a two-hour period, Slatma was arrested and his entire house was destroyed by the forces.

Following the deaths of the three young men in Jaba, the number of Palestinians killed by the occupation since the start of this year has increased to 77, which includes 13 women and children.

Jenin, Askar raids
Earlier this week, at least six Palestinians were killed and 15 were wounded during a raid carried out by the Israeli army in Jenin in an attempt to capture the Palestinian gunman who had killed two settlers late last month, according to news outlets.
Sources from the occupation forces informed an Israeli news outlet that one of the dead Palestinians was the gunman who killed the two settlers driving through Huwara in late February.

Another Israeli military operation was conducted at the same time in the Askar refugee camp near Nablus. Palestinians reports said that the occupation forces had arrested three people, including two sons of the suspect in the Huwara shooting.
