Local authority in the temporary capital of Yemen, Aden, inaugurated Thursday the tracks of the “National Youth Program”, during the youth conference.
His Excellency the Minister of State and governor of Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, attended the conference, which features representatives of ministries, the public and private sectors public and executive offices, international organizations, and civil society organizations.
Many activists, journalists, and media professionals also participated in the program. The local authority of Aden seeks, through this program, to create opportunities for young people, develop their skills, help them express their ideas, and overcome the challenges and difficulties they face to enhance their role in society and involve them in community development.
The program focuses on youth innovations, upskilling their talents, and enhancing their social presence, in addition to training, qualifying, and enabling them to compete in the local and regional labor market.
