The Prime Minister visits victims of the gas leak in Aqaba port


Jordanian Prime Minister, Bishr Al-Khasawneh, accompanied by Ministers of Interior and Health was briefed upon their arrival in Aqaba on Monday evening, about conditions of those injured in the explosion of a gas tank in Aqaba port. He was briefed on efforts made by concerned authorities to deal with the leak and explosion of a gas tank in Aqaba port, which killed 13 and injured about 250. The Prime Minister expressed his deepest condolences to families of victims and wished recovery of the injured. He confirmed life returned to normal in Aqaba and the resumption of navigation and ports, stating that situation in the city is under control.
