Hundreds rally under the slogan ‘save the country’ in support of Tunisian president

Hundreds rallied in Avenue Habib Bourguiba in down town Tunis under the slogan ‘save the state, form a second government and defend the state’ in support of Tunisian president Kais Saied and his decisions.

People in the rally raised Tunisia flags and banners reading ‘You Are Not Alone Kais Saied’ and ‘The People Want A Presidential System’.

They demanded expedition in resolving various issues such as corruption and prosecution of those who committed offenses against Tunisia and its people throughout the past twenty years. According to an opinion poll in Tunisia by Sigma Conseil, president Kais Saied scored 64% on the trust indicator.
