People of Gaza begin preparing the “Fesikh”, which is fermented, salted, and dried fish, as it is their tradition to have it for breakfast on the first day of Eid, immediately after Eid prayers.
The factory, located in the heart of Gaza prepares and supplies quantities of Fesikh to sell in the markets on the first day of Eid, hiring more workers, which provides job opportunities for some people in light of the deteriorating living conditions as a result of the siege imposed for years on the strip.
