Committees formed in Sulaymaniyah to monitor products’ prices, expiration dates during Ramadan

In a bid to tackle the rise in staples’ prices accompanied by the advent of the month of Ramadan, the Sulaymaniyah governorate formed committees to control prices in the markets.

The committees conduct daily field visits to the markets during Ramadan to ensure that the shops comply with regulations, price controls, and expiration dates.
