The artist, Muzna Abu Salim, from Gaza, was able to turn her hobby of the Japanese art of knitting into a source of living as she makes and sells small, stuffed toys and Ramadan decorations in her home.
Muzna uses wool and silk thread in her work and she promotes her products by displaying them in some gift stores, participating in some local exhibitions, and through social media platforms.
Muzna sells her products at reasonable prices so that all the children of Gaza can own a knitted toy that alleviates their suffering amid difficult living conditions and violence and war.
