Young woman from Gaza makes distinctive Ramadan decorations

People of Gaza are keen on welcoming the month of Ramadan with decorations, which have become an annual ritual.

Safaa dedicated part of her home to making unique designs, inspired by the Egyptian decorations that attract her customers, especially since most of the shops in the sector run out of decorations, which prompted people to buy her products.

She started her work, which has become a source of income for her and her family, about three months ago. She also designs trays and serving plates with Ramadan patterns printed on them.
