Women from Gaza started the Good Hands project (Arabic for al’aydi altayiba) which is a dairy and cheese production from pure cow or sheep’s milk.

The 44 women working in the project received training for three years to be able to establish the project so they support their families.

At its inception three years ago, the project faced many challenges in the marketing process, but now the demand for these products has increased.

The project includes some machines; refrigeration and storage units and it produces a variety of dairy products and all kinds of cheese.
