Observers: The candidacy for Presidency opens for the second time after a political maneuver

The parliament decided to open the candidacy for the President for second on the ninth of this month and three days.

Observers said that this political maneuver is because of the rivalries within the Kurdish and Shiite houses after the Federal Supreme Court issued a temporary suspension of the candidacy of Hoshyar Zebari from the Democratic Party.

They also speculated that Zebari would return to the scene again and win the presidential office after a ruling in his favor. Among the media, these political tensions that delayed the decision of the presidency will negatively affect the formation of the government and the security and economic conditions.
