Israeli premier meets Bahraini youth in Manama

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has said during a meeting with a group of young Bahrainis in Manama, Bahrain, that Israel and Bahrain have an opportunity to build bridges, despite the different cultures and religions.

There are important aspects represented in choosing hope over aggression and opportunities instead of problems, Bennett added. The Arab and Israeli conflict is common, but now the rift exists between the agents of terrorism and chaos and between hope and construction.

The Israeli Prime Minister had arrived in Bahrain on his first official visit, during which he discussed with the Kingdom’s Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa the importance of peace, development and prosperity in the region.
