Two groups of youths arrested for attacking each other

Police in Phnom Penh have arrested at least eight youths suspected of attacking each other over the number plates of the motorcycles.

Pur Senchey district police arrested two groups of youths on Saturday accused of beating each other to fight for two number plates of motorcycles. The two numbers plates were cut off from their rears.

They will be sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court for questioning.
