Launching an Awareness Campaign on the Perils of Minor Marriage in Displaced Persons Camps

Under the theme “You are the secret behind success”, the Ministry of Migration and Displaced launched an awareness campaign on the perils and repercussions of minor marriage, which marked the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign. It is worth mentioning that Women in Ashti IDP Camp confirmed that the disastrous living conditions are behind the soaring number of married minors.
