Cambodian PM gives donations to over 300 cycle drivers

At least 300 cyclo drivers have received winter sweaters and blankets from Prime Minister Hun Sen and his wife.

The donation was made today by Phnom Penh governor Khuong Sreng at the City Hall.

He said that the cyclo drivers were given sweaters, blankets, scarves and cash as cold weather is expected soon.

Sreng said that the Prime Minister has always taken care of the people’s health.

Mr Hun Sen on November 23 during an inauguration of the bridge in Kampong Cham province urged Phnom Penh and provincial governors to distribute winter sweaters to the vulnerable, especially the elderly.
