Olive season in Jordan between then and now

By the start of the olive season, people of Tibna town, in Irbid governorate, northern Jordan, still preserve their ancient heritage and profession in the olives pressing that dates back to the forties of the last century, and which passes through several stages, but the smell of the fragrant past smells from that 80-year old mill. People of the village consider olive cultivation and pressing in the old ways give it a special flavor, in addition to being among their priorities, due to the lack of other jobs to help them live and secure their basic needs.
