In the case of factories and enterprises in which the business object has a global character, they must be carried out on a regular basis and cannot be stopped, and the holidays of all workers at the same time affect the public benefits or the operation of the factory, the owner or director of the factory must arrange the workers to take days off according to each holiday.
In the event that there is an agreement between the worker and the employer or as stated in the internal regulations of the factory, enterprise, or collective agreement, the worker’s leave may be applied at any time other than public holidays as defined in this announcement.
The owner or director of the factory shall prepare a list of workers who must take turns on each holiday and keep it regularly for inspection by the Labour Inspector.
During this leave, the owner or director of the enterprise may temporarily employ another worker to replace the worker taking days off.
