Experts: Water Scarcity in Tunisia Threatens Agricultural Production

According to experts, “Consumable water availability has decreased in Tunisia due to limited precipitation in the past few years and that threatens everyone”. The amount of water, of which a third goes to drinking, while the remaining third is directed to agriculture has declined, which experts considered insufficient for agricultural production, while they called for the need to work on rationalizing consumption and searching for other water resources.
