Baghdad Interfaith Forum Emits Iraq Wide Peace Message

Iraqi Ministry of culture organized an interfaith forum at ‘Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary’ in Baghdad with honorable presence of clergymen from different sects and races and a respectable participation of Academic and cultured elite; to spread messages of love, peace and coexistence among all layers of Iraqi society to spread messages of love, peace and coexistence among the fabric of Iraqi society, Cardinal Louis Sako, Patriarch of the Chaldean Catholic Church in Iraq and the world, stressed that this forum is important to send a message of reassurance says that different religions, however, call for tolerance and love, and pointed out that at a time still Extremist ideology is strong, Sunni and Shiite clerics have shown positive attitudes in holding such conferences, to strengthen the bonds of the Iraqi social society of its various sects.
