The Office of Child Protection in Armed Conflicts of the Kurdish Autonomous Administration, in coordination with the Syrian Democratic Forces, handed over 54 minors who joined the military forces to their families after proving that they were minors, under international covenants signed by the SDF leadership. The Child Protection Office says that the most important reasons for minors joining the military forces are that they were affected during the Syrian crisis by the manifestations of war, militarism, and the prevailing weapon in the region, which is one of the most important products of the Syrian war.
