According to political analysts, the proposal of the Tunisian General Labor Union was made to prepare the next stage and mold the country’s relationship with Parliament and the political scene in general, adding that the union proved to the Tunisians their commitment to their national and social role. The Labor Union had submitted a proposal to manage the exceptional phase in a document prepared by the Studies and Documentation Department of the operational organization, which included the outlines of a plan that could be adopted to restore the functioning of state institutions and establish the next phase after several necessary reforms were implemented. The document included four major topics, beginning with the formation of a mini-government consisting of competencies to be formed in consultation between the Presidency of the Republic and national organizations, then setting a time limit for the Presidency of the Republic to end exceptional measures and final settlement of the fate of the Parliament.
