A Mural in Gaza Depicting Gilbo’a Prison Break

In support of Gilbo’a Prisoners, a number of Gazan Artists cooperated to embody the Prison Break incident on a Mural inside Gaza Strip which included what they called “Spoon of Freedom” the tool that prisoners have used to dig their escape tunnel. Artist Mohammed Abu Layla Said “The Tunnel incident and the way the prisoners conquered their freedom was a huge shock for Israel. The prisoners’ case regained Palestinians and the whole world attention to the importance of prisoners issues and how they are aspiring for freedom under the repression and abuse they get inside Israeli prisons.”
