Eighty-year-old man continues to practice pottery, despite the lack of demand

The Armenian 85-year-old Misak Antarik Pedros is the last man who works in pottery since he was 15 years old, he inherited the profession from his father and now he is teaching it to his three children, which he sees as his only salvation from loss. Misak sees that he has kept this profession from disappearing because of his attachment to it, and he wishes his three children to continue their path in this field due to the profession being attached to their name, he says: Whoever changes his profession will inevitably be lost. Misak” and his children make different shapes of pottery, such as cash boxes, flower basins, water jugs, and other utensils. Although people are not much interested in this profession now, he continues to work in it.
