Corruption Risk Assessment of Mongolian National Institutions


The Mongolian Independent Authority Against Corruption (IAAC) has been conducting corruption risk assessments in public institutions since 2018. According to Article 6 of the Anti-Corruption Act, the National Anti-Corruption Strategy adopted by Parliament in 2016, the “Methodology for Evaluation” the risk of corruption in a public institution ”. The Corruption Risk Assessment in a Public Institution is the process of identifying situations where an institution could be at risk of corruption.
