Vietnamese Health minister and deputies receive AstraZeneca COVID-19 shots

Health Minister Nguyen Thanh Long and his representatives received the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine at Buchmay Hospital in Hanni on Thursday morning. The 54-year-old Lange and 3 MPs: 51-year-old Tran Wang Tuan, 60-year-old Trang Quoc Chong, and 55-year-old uan Xuan Tuyen underwent a physical examination after being vaccinated. They all said that they felt good after the injection. The Minister of Health stated that another 1.6 million vaccines will be delivered under the COVAX Global Vaccine Exchange Program. As more materials become available, qualified individuals may be students and workers sent overseas. According to the report of the National Expanded Immunization Program on Thursday morning, more than 90,000 people received the vaccination on Wednesday, and 675,956 people from 48 Vietnamese cities and provinces received the vaccination, mainly workers and medical personnel.
