The vaccination process in Ratnapura and Jaffna regions begins

The vaccination process has now begun in selected high-risk areas for Covid-19 patient registration in Sri Lanka. As a result, Health Minister Pavitra Vannyaracchi said that vaccination will start in Ratnapura area and then in Jaffna area. The Minister of Health also emphasized that prioritizing vaccination in an area should take into account various factors, including the number of patients found in the area, the number of patients recently transferred, the number of deaths, and the geographic characteristics of the area.
