The “Three Brothers” ethnic armed forces were attacked on Saturday morning at a police station in the Rush Tomb in the northern Myanmar, killing many people.

The location of the attack was the Namuang Gate Police Station on the Mandalay-La Highway, about 16 miles from Rahi.

Locals said that troops from the Arakan Army (AA), the Kokang Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) and the Tayan National Liberation Army (TNLA) participated in the strike.

The attack on Saturday was the first time since the three members of the self-proclaimed Brotherhood issued a statement on March 30. The statement said that since the coup on February 1, the regime has brutally killed protesters across the country and they will reassess. Ceasefire with the Myanmar military.

Locals said that eight police officers were allegedly killed in the strike at Naung Mon, including those in charge of the police station. However, local media Shwe Phi Myay reported that there were 14 casualties, leading to the disappearance of police officers and injuries to seven family members.

Myanmar could not confirm these figures.

About an hour after the attack by the “three brothers” forces, a military helicopter arrived at the scene, saying that armed groups of various ethnic groups had retreated.

It is said that it is still burning at 10:30 in the morning, and rescuers cannot enter.

TNLA intelligence officer Col Mai Aik Kyaw did not comment on the attack. He said that he only reads information about “Internet” attacks.

When referring to the TNLA ground forces, he said: “I haven’t reached them yet.”

The Burmese military established a base in Qinning Village, only two miles from the attack point of the Nanguangmen Police Station.

Residents of the community said that soldiers from the military government fired “advanced weapons” at the police station.

Residents said: “We heard that the Mengmen police station has been blocked. We don’t know who was blocked.”

The members of the Brotherhood Alliance are also members of the Federal Political Negotiation and Advisory Committee (FPNCC) led by the negotiating body and the state army.

Another member of the FPNCC, the Kachin State Independence Army (KIA) has launched several attacks on police and military posts and warned the military government not to harm civilians.
