This year marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Luxembourg.

On April 26, Mongolian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg had a telephone conversation with Olivier Maes, Director of Political Affairs of the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and discussed bilateral cooperation. On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Luxembourg, the two sides emphasized that in recent years, the two countries have conducted effective cooperation in the fields of politics, health, banking and finance. Their cooperation in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, the continuation of joint projects in the field of health, and their active cooperation within the framework of international organizations.
