The Iraqi Arab champion earns the championship after overcoming Covid with basic tools

With a gold medal and 125 kg weight, Osama Al-Jaf from the national team has accomplished the second rank in the second Arab championship for physical strength, which was held in Cairo, Egypt, with 100 participants from the national teams of Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, and Iraq. Al-Jaf says that despite the challenges he encountered during the pandemic, he could qualify himself by training on the terrace of his home for five months to win the Arab championship for Iraq.
