In the port of Bicol: Passengers stranded and vehicles piled up

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) said that on Sunday, nearly a thousand sea travelers to Mishaao and Mindanao were trapped in various ports in Bicol.

Gremil Alexis Naz (Gremil Alexis Naz) said that in addition to 995 stranded passengers, drivers and assistants, there are still 192 trucks, 116 cars, 11 buses, and 7 ships. Vessels and 20 small boats are moored in Sorsogon, Albay, Kamarines Sur, the ports of Kamarines, Norte and Masbate (Kadanos).

The eastern Visayas and Bicol regions will experience moderate to intense rainfall, and sometimes heavy rainfall.

On Monday, moderate to heavy rains are expected in the Bicol area and Northern Samar area, with heavy rains sometimes.
