Malaysia’s current Covid-19 infection rate continues to exceed the Ministry of Health’s forecast and will exceed 5,000 cases per day by the end of May. Director of the General Department of Health Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah said that the country’s current effective Reproducible (Rt) Covid-19 is 1.12, but the shared chart shows that the observed cases exceed the predicted curve of Rt 1. Rt is currently the highest in Kelantan at 1.32, which is reflected in traffic management. Kuala Lumpur (1.23) ranked second, behind Johor (1.21), Selangor (1.14), Malacca (1.13) and Sabah (1).01) and Penang (0.99).
