Amid unbearable living conditions, Shaban Hammouda, who runs a modest hot drinks stall, was able to come up with a creative method for delivering coffee by bicycles and scooters. Given the growing scarcity of any employment opportunities, Shaban, despite having a business administration degree, was forced into working in a coffee shop in Rafah market, south of the Gaza Strip from where he got the experience to open a modest coffee stall. The stall was distinguished with running bicycles and scooters for delivering coffee.
