The Cambodian government has revised Article 3 of its lock-in measures and revised the restrictions on enterprises under restrictive conditions.
Slaughterhouses, factories and food production facilities can continue to operate normally to ensure food safety. Companies that manufacture medical equipment, hand sanitizers, alcohol and ventilators are also exempt.
Wholesalers, grocery stores, supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants that provide take-out services can also continue to operate with limited personnel. The relevant departments will inspect these businesses to ensure that they provide the necessary services.
Telecommunications, postal, banking and financial services will be operated by key personnel. The transportation of food and groceries will continue to provide services to the restricted area; however, personal transportation is prohibited.
Phnom Penh Autonomous Port and Phnom Penh Water Supply Bureau and waste collection services will continue to work.
Companies must provide lunches for employees on their premises.
