Cambodia- Trash Collectors face hardship due to the lockdown in Phnom Penh

Trash Collectors are facing hardship and grim living conditions due to the lockdown imposed on the capital, Phnom Penh which resulted in being unable to reach dumpsites to collect scraps from garbage and sell it to secure their daily sustenance, in addition to their inability to pay the rents and their financial dues to banks.
