Buri Ram village is locked- Thailand

The Provincial Infectious Diseases Commission has ordered a 14-day lockdown at Ban Khok Sa-ad in Tambon Pang Ku, Prakhon Chai district, where two people were found to be infected with Covid-19. One of them died.

Governor Thatchakorn Hatthathayakul, chairman of the Provincial Committee on Infectious Diseases, stated that the lockdown is necessary to prevent the spread of the virus.

The lockout will take effect from 6 pm on Sunday. Additional disease control officials are allowed to enter or leave the village.
