America intends to withdraw its forces from Iraq on to a defined time

The Iraqi government pays attention to the third phase of the strategic dialogue with Washington, and the Director of Iraqi National Security, Qassem Al-Araji, stated that Washington intends to withdraw the American military from Iraq on a timetable. Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, the spokesperson for the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, pointed out that the activities of the international coalition forces, including the American military, will shift from combat forces to forces for training, advice, and capacity development.
