Tensions Sweep the Tunisian Streets as Disputes in the Three Constitutional Authorities the Flare-up


Amid widespread protests that swept the country over the disastrous economic reality that led to arresting hundreds and killing a protester, a new political crisis flared-up after the Prime Minister, Hichem Mechichi announced a major cabinet reshuffle sacking 11 ministers who are close to President Kais Saied. The latter responded by stating that he won’t allow the new ministers to take their oath of office, fanning a constitutional crisis. In light of these gloomy current events, the Tunisian citizen came to believe that he is only a victim of theses tensions, not to mention that he lost his confidence in the ruling class
