US Military Forces Resume its Patrols in Oil and Gas Fields in Rmelan

A US military patrol of 5 Bradley vehicles accompanied by two warplanes launched today from US bases in the southern countryside of Rmelan city. It toured oil and gas fields in the region while scouting the Suwaidiyah gas field. US forces did not halt their regular patrols that tour oil and gas fields in the north and east of Syria, despite Pentagon’s announcement that these patrol tours aren’t taking place to protect oil and gas wells, but rather to fend ISIS resurgence
