Amid the chaotic increase of the parties in Iraq before the early parliamentary elections set on next October 10th, and with the acceleration in the creation of new movements and political parties that Baghdad witnessed and its desire to run elections away of the major powers and influential parties, the advisor to the Prime Minister for Elections Affairs, Abdul Hussein Al-Hindawi, see that the chances of small entities to win is there after the new election law has developed them, but the issue is in these new powers to gain better outcomes by organizing their matters and implementing an electoral policy to organize and stimulate the public.
