Yemen – Women’s vigil in Taiz to call to put an end to the violations of the Houthi militia

0 38

Tens of women held a vigil in Taiz, northern Yemen, demanding the international community and the Arab coalition to put an end to the Al-Houthi crimes on Al-Haima and the neighboring villages northern Taiz. The protesters called for the Houthi group’s decision to be introduced as a terrorist group and for its leaders to be placed before international courts. This follows the US President Joe Biden’s administration that has started reviewing the Houthi group recognition process on the terrorist list due to question about the effect of the recognition on the humanitarian situation in the country.
