Thailand – Covid generates echo of silence in Chinatown

Chinatown, in Bangkok, known for its vibrant markets 24/7 is has been abandoned by the visitors amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Restaurants and shops have closed their doors in front of long queues of visitors and tourists who usually click pictures in the town. Shop owners looked forward to the availability of the vaccine and the ending of the pandemic so their economic condition nourishes and the town flourishes as before.
