Nuts are not consumed as snacks only but as remedies for some illness too


In Baghdad, you would pass by many nuts shops, as they are nutritious and healthy for they are rich with proteins and good fats that can provide the body with the needed energy. Nuts have more than 300 varieties around the world; the most common are (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, cashews, walnut, etc.). Nuts sellers say that they are not just snakes or oriental sweets fillings; rather they are nutritious and healthy for the body if consumed regularly.
