Cambodia – Residents of Oknha Heng village fear deportation

 Nearly 450 families from Oknha Heng village connected with the national park of Ream, Prey Nop, Preas Sihanouk Province, encounter several issues with companies and businessmen claim to own the land the villagers dwell on for years. The dispute led to an attack against the villagers by gangs of the businessman. The villagers reported their refusal to leave the lands, adding that it was owned by the government who later agreed to sell it to the villagers; however, they did not obtain it as some Investor claimed his ownership of the land.
